  Goals:
  1.To train young men and women employed in the forty-five ACISCA centers in Asia through Christian Lay Leaders Training and equip them with human resource development and organizational skills to work in different complex situation in Asia.
  2.To develop a conceptual understanding of gender relations through an historical and biblical overview and emphasize the relevance of gender sensitization in the development planning process within and outside churches
  3.To exchange staff, periodically between centers and create mutual understanding learning and over come prejudices
  4.To organize Assemblies of the Directors to break the isolation and illusion of ACISCA centers and committing them to transform the centers and the society in which they are placed
  5.To develop skills to enhance work performance of individuals and groups
  6.To enhance knowledge of planning, impact assessment and global trends that challenge the existence of human beings.
